Return and Refund Policy
HANOISON products are made to order. Because each watch may include personalized engraving, handmade straps, presentation details, and production work assigned to a queue, return and cancellation eligibility depends on order status.
Production Time
Each HANOISON order is made to order. Standard production time is estimated at 3 to 5 weeks before dispatch, depending on the queue, engraving work, handmade strap work, and final quality control.
Before Production Starts
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days after payment for a full refund to the original payment method, excluding any non-refundable fees required by payment providers where applicable.
After 3 Days
After 3 days from payment, materials, artisan scheduling, dial preparation, strap work, or other production steps may already be prepared or started. At this stage, eligible cancellation requests are refunded at 80% of the paid product amount.
Returns
All HANOISON products are made to order. Because every order is produced specifically for the customer and requires dedicated hand work, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, contact us with photos and the order number within a reasonable time after delivery. We will review the case and offer exchange, repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.
