Shipping and Made-to-Order Delivery

HANOISON watches are made to order. Customers can complete payment at checkout, then receive confirmation of the production queue and estimated delivery timing.

Production Queue

After payment, the order is reviewed and placed into the production queue. Standard production time is estimated at 3 to 5 weeks before dispatch. The exact waiting time depends on the selected product, current workload, engraving complexity, handmade strap work, and final quality control.

HANOISON will notify the customer of the expected timing after the order is confirmed. This estimate is provided so the customer understands the queue and planned delivery window.

Shipping

Shipping begins after production, inspection, and packing are complete. Tracking information will be shared when the order is dispatched.

Delivery time may vary by destination, customs processing, courier conditions, and remote-area service availability.

Taxes and Customs

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges required by the destination country.
