By visiting hanoison.com or purchasing from HANOISON, customers agree to the terms below and to the policies linked on the website.
Made-to-Order Purchases
HANOISON products may be made to order. Payment may be collected at checkout before production begins so the order can be assigned to the production queue and prepared for making.
Standard production time is estimated at 3 to 5 weeks before dispatch. The estimated waiting time is not a guaranteed delivery date. It is a good-faith estimate based on the current queue, production requirements, and shipping conditions.
Cancellation and Returns
Orders may be cancelled within 3 days after payment for a full refund. After 3 days, materials and production work may already be prepared or started, so eligible cancellations are refunded at 80% of the paid product amount.
All HANOISON products are made to order and are not eligible for return for change of mind. If the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, HANOISON will review the case for exchange, repair, or replacement.
Handmade Variation
Engraving, handmade straps, presentation boxes, and finishing details may vary slightly from photos or previous pieces. These variations are normal for handmade and artisan-finished products.
Order Review
HANOISON may contact the customer to confirm order details, customization requests, shipping information, or production requirements before starting work.
Use of the Website
Customers agree not to misuse the website, interfere with checkout, copy protected content without permission, or use HANOISON intellectual property without authorization.
