HANOISON reviews each made-to-order piece before shipment. HANOISON provides 5-year warranty support for eligible manufacturing or artisan workmanship issues, not normal wear or damage caused by misuse.

Warranty Period

The HANOISON warranty period is 5 years from the date the order is delivered to the customer, unless a different period is stated on the product page or written order confirmation.

What May Be Covered

Eligible issues may include confirmed production defects, assembly faults, or workmanship problems on the dial, handmade strap, or presentation elements.

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear, scratches, leather aging, water damage, impact damage, unauthorized repair, misuse, loss, theft, or cosmetic changes caused by daily use are not covered.
