Tempus Florens

Tempus Florens interprets the rhythm of time through a composition of botanical movement and classical order.

At the centre, curved leaves form a swirling botanical rosette, each element turning symmetrically in the same direction to create the impression of continuous rotation. Encircling the motif, Roman numerals from I to XII establish a measured structure, transforming the organic movement into a complete cycle of time.

Every detail is engraved entirely by hand on a copper or nickel-silver dial. Variations in cutting depth, line density and directional shading create visual depth and allow the botanical rosette to interact dynamically with light.

Elegant yet expressive, Tempus Florens represents time not as a straight path, but as a recurring rhythm of growth, transformation and renewal.

MATERIALS

• Upper Leather: Genuine alligator leather. Due to its natural grain, each strap features a unique pattern.
• Color: Black. The actual color may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions and screen settings.
• Lining: Soft, sweat-resistant Zermatt leather for enhanced comfort and durability.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Thickness: Approximately 5–6 mm at the lugs, tapering to approximately 2.5 mm at the tip.
• Width: 20 mm at the lugs, tapering to 18 mm at the buckle.
